StarGlory Holdings releases 2025/26 Annual Report and AGM documents, shifts fully to e-communication

StarGlory Holdings Company Limited has published four key documents on both its corporate website and the HKEXnews portal: 1) Annual Report 2025/26, 2) a circular dated 30 July 2026, 3) the notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), and 4) the related proxy form.

The board confirms that, since 14 June 2024, StarGlory has formally adopted electronic dissemination of all corporate communications. Shareholders who have not yet provided a functional email address are urged to act promptly.

• Registered shareholders should complete and return the reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, using the pre-addressed label provided (no postage required within Hong Kong). Clear, legible handwriting is requested for all electronic contact details.

• Non-registered shareholders are advised to contact their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited—to supply or update their email information.

Enquiries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services during business hours (09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

The notification is issued by order of the Board and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Tao on 30 July 2026.
