Xinyuan PM: No Share Capital Movements in March 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. (Xinyuan PM) has filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming a stable share structure and continued compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) public-float requirements.

• Authorised share capital stood at 38.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.00001 each, equivalent to HKD 0.38 million. No changes were recorded during the month.

• Issued share capital remained unchanged at 593.04 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, leaving total issued shares at the same level as the previous month.

• Xinyuan PM affirmed that it met the HKEX minimum public-float threshold of 25% as stipulated under Main Board Rule 13.32B.

• The filing shows no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-related agreements, and no other movements in issued or treasury shares.

• The monthly return was submitted on 09 April 2026 by Company Secretary Ms. Chan Charmayne.
