Chi Ho Development Holdings Limited has released three key documents for FY2026: 1) the 2026 Annual Report, 2) the Circular for the 2026 Annual General Meeting, and 3) the accompanying Proxy Form.

Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.chdev.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive physical copies will find the printed materials enclosed with the notification.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy documents, or those facing difficulties with email notices or website access, may submit the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email 8423-ecom@vistra.com. Postage is prepaid for local mail. Upon receipt, printed versions will be dispatched free of charge.

The company reiterates that maintaining a functional email address is each shareholder’s responsibility. Without a valid email address on record, shareholders will receive printed Notices of Publication and actionable corporate communications until an electronic address is provided.
