Wanjia Group to Review FY2026 Results and Dividend at 29 June Board Meeting

Wanjia Group Holdings Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 29 June 2026 (Monday). Directors will:
• Approve and release the audited annual results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
• Deliberate on the payment of a final dividend.
• Decide on the possible closure period for the register of members.
• Set the time and venue for the upcoming annual general meeting.
• Address any additional business matters.
The board currently comprises one executive director (Chief Executive Officer Wang Jia Jun), one non-executive director (Dr. Xiao Zhixin) and four independent non-executive directors (Dr. Liu Yongping, Ms. Chan Wing Shan Winsome, Ms. Xu Wei and Mr. Williamson Lam).
