Board and Management Changes Announced for Min Fu Intl

Min Fu Intl (HKEX: 08511) has announced a series of changes to its board of directors and senior management.

Ms. LI Xiaoxuan has resigned from her position as a non-executive director, effective June 29, 2026, to dedicate more time to her personal affairs.

The board is pleased to announce the following appointments, effective from June 29, 2026: Mr. SHU Zhongwen has been appointed as an executive director; Mr. CHEN Donglong has been appointed as a non-executive director; and Ms. WANG Ruiqin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.

The board further announced that Mr. XIA Ronghua has resigned from his role as the company's chief executive officer due to personal commitments, effective June 29, 2026. Mr. SHU Zhongwen has been appointed as the chief executive officer, effective from the same date.
