8月31日，有网友晒出，近日，费大厨辣椒炒肉已在美国圣地亚哥开出美国首店，目前该店处于试营业状态，正式开业时间定于9月5日。另有多位网友透露，试营业第一天门口便排起长队，走进店内可以看到大厨现炒，电视机播放的内容也与国内门店类似。同时，在为顾客上菜时间，服务人员也会喊出与国内类似的口号"你好你好，中国小炒肉之王'费师傅辣椒炒牛肉'，请享用"。
值得注意的是，8月上旬，费大厨因被指"小炒肉大王"之名是通过网络票选评出的而引发热议。目前在国内门店，费大厨标志性的"你好，你好，全国小炒肉大王费大厨辣椒炒肉"的上菜口号，已更换成了"精选黑猪肉，专业大厨炒"。
据费大厨辣椒炒肉美国店官方账号介绍，该店共有两道招牌菜，分别为费大厨辣椒炒牛肉（美国和牛）精选美国和牛搭配当季新鲜辣椒；辣椒炒肉（黑猪肉），精选黑猪肉搭配新鲜辣椒大火现炒。网传菜单显示，该店辣椒炒肉28.79美元、辣椒炒牛肉32.79美元、金钱蛋19美元、蒸有机鸡蛋17美元、大厨手撕鸡35美元。若换算成人民币，该店招牌辣椒炒肉和辣椒炒牛肉约200元，金钱蛋和蒸有机鸡蛋则超过100元。
