Central Development Holdings Limited (CENTRAL DEV H) announced that its auditor has adopted a new corporate identity. With effect from 21 August 2026, the auditor’s English name changes from “Prism Hong Kong Limited” to “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited”, while the Chinese name changes from “栢淳會計師事務所有限公司” to “思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司”.

The board of directors confirmed the change in an announcement dated 25 August 2026. The Board currently consists of five executive directors—Wu Hao, Hu Yangjun, Li Wei Qi (Jacky), Zhang Bing and Tang Shukuan—and three independent non-executive directors—Jin Qingjun, Zhong Yingjie (Christina) and Lan Yadong.

The company secretary, Chow Chi Shing, issued the notice on behalf of the Board, emphasizing that Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited assume no responsibility for the contents of the announcement.
