May 21

Sino-Ocean Service Holding Limited reported that the sole ordinary resolution concerning the Parking Space Asset Acquisition Agreement won decisive backing at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 21 May 2026.

The proposal—covering approval, confirmation and ratification of the acquisition as well as authority for any one director to execute ancillary documents—garnered 62.83 million votes in favour, representing 99.99% of votes cast by independent shareholders. Only 500 votes (0.01%) were recorded against.

At the meeting date, Sino-Ocean Service had 1.18 billion issued shares. Owing to their interests in the transaction, Shine Wind and its associates—holding 755.60 million shares, or 63.82% of share capital—abstained from voting, leaving 428.40 million shares eligible to participate.

Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer for the poll. All company directors except Mr. Leung Wai Hung were in attendance. With the ordinary resolution passed, management is now authorised to proceed with the completion of the Parking Space Asset Acquisition Agreement.
