Hong Kong – Touyun Biotech won overwhelming shareholder support at its 5 June 2026 annual general meeting, with all 10 resolutions—nine ordinary and one special—passing by margins of at least 99.95 per cent of votes cast.

1. Financial statements and director/auditor reports for the year ended 31 December 2025 were adopted with 1.26 billion votes in favour versus 0.10 million votes against (99.99 per cent approval).

2. Director appointments • Executive director Du Dong was re-elected unanimously (1.26 billion votes, 100 per cent). • Non-executive directors Chen Hui and Zhang Lele were each re-elected with 99.99 per cent support.

3. Remuneration and auditor matters • The board was authorised to set director remuneration (100 per cent approval). • Moore CPA Limited was re-appointed as independent auditor; the board may determine its fees (100 per cent approval).

4. Capital mandates • Directors received a 20 per cent general issuance mandate and a 10 per cent share-repurchase mandate. • An extension mandate allowing the issuance limit to rise by the volume of any shares repurchased was also approved. • Each capital mandate attracted 99.95 per cent shareholder support.

5. Bye-law overhaul • A special resolution adopting the second amended and restated bye-laws passed with 99.96 per cent in favour, exceeding the 75 per cent threshold required.
