HUAQIN Executes Minor Share Buyback, Adds 100 A Shares to Treasury

Huaqin Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 100 A shares on 31 August 2026 through the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s centralized bidding system at RMB 78.19 per share, for a total consideration of RMB 7,819.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) fell marginally from 1.42 billion to 1.42 billion, while treasury shares increased from 2.84 million to 2.84 million. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.42 billion shares.

The repurchase represents less than 0.0001% of Huaqin’s issued shares and forms part of the share buyback mandate approved by the board on 20 July 2026.

The company confirmed that the transaction complied with all relevant regulations of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and that all monetary and procedural requirements were fulfilled.
