Some university graduates choosing to stay in Lanzhou have begun benefiting from housing purchase subsidies aimed at helping them settle down comfortably. The Lanzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau recently introduced special measures to support graduates within three years of completing their studies, offering housing benefits to encourage them to remain in the city. Galaxy International promptly responded by launching a subsidy program worth tens of millions of yuan. The combined support from the government and enterprises has generated strong interest, with many young talents visiting sales centers to inquire about the benefits.
At the same time, KE Holdings Inc.'s Lanzhou branch is supporting the new policy. From now until June 30, eligible graduates who purchase new homes through properties partnered with KE Holdings Inc. in Lanzhou will receive an additional exclusive subsidy of 2,000 yuan per unit provided by the platform.
Since the policy was introduced, five eligible individuals have already taken advantage of the benefits at Galaxy International, saving over 500,000 yuan in housing costs, according to Fan Qingxiu, the project's marketing director.
As a residential service platform deeply rooted in Gansu, KE Holdings Inc.'s Lanzhou branch has involved all of its nearly 850 real estate agency stores—including brands like Deyou, Xinjia, Leyuan, and Fangjianghu—in the new policy. As of March 18, more than 150 groups of customers citywide have met the subsidy criteria through KE Holdings Inc. stores. After transactions are completed, these graduates will receive subsidies exceeding 300,000 yuan, ensuring the policy delivers tangible benefits, said Wen Wannan, head of government relations and market operations at KE Holdings Inc.
