RADIANCE HLDGS Proposes Appointment of New Auditor Following EY Resignation

Following a procurement and selection process, the Board of Directors of RADIANCE HLDGS (HKEX: 09993) has announced a proposal for a new auditor appointment.
This proposal, recommended by the company's Audit Committee, suggests that upon the retirement of Ernst & Young, Pak Shun Certified Public Accountants Limited (Pak Shun) be appointed as the new auditor for the company.
The appointment, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting, is intended to take effect from the conclusion of that meeting and remain in place until the end of the next annual general meeting.
