Sinopros Corporation Limited—formerly known as Crown International Corporation Limited—has completed a sweeping rebranding initiative after shareholders approved the changes at an extraordinary general meeting on 2 June 2026.

The Companies Registry issued a certificate on 10 July 2026 confirming the legal change of the English name to “Sinopros Corporation Limited” and the Chinese name to “中國豐滙集團有限公司.”

Effective 9:00 a.m. on 21 July 2026, the trading short names on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will switch from “CROWNICORP” to “SINOPROS CORP” in English and from “皇冠環球集團” to “中國豐滙” in Chinese. The numeric stock code remains unchanged at 727.

A new corporate logo has been adopted concurrently. Existing share certificates bearing the former name and logo remain valid for all trading, settlement and registration purposes; no free replacement will be arranged. New share certificates issued from 21 July 2026 will display the updated branding.

The company’s website has also migrated from “www.crown727.com” to “https://sinopros727.com/,” where future regulatory filings and corporate information will be hosted.

Management stated that the rebranding will not affect shareholders’ rights, daily operations, or the group’s financial position.
