The company issued its first major public rebuttal in its proxy fight with founder Chip Wilson, defending its board, strategy, and incoming CEO in a shareholder letter. But product design continues to go downhill and there's no scope for an operational reset until at least the second half, given Heidi O'Neill doesn't start as CEO until September, the analysts say.
