Xanadu, Mitsubishi Advance Quantum Collaboration on Semiconductor Tech

Xanadu Quantum Technologies (XNDU) said Thursday it has entered the next phase of its collaboration with Mitsubishi Chemical to advance semiconductor fabrication using quantum computing algorithms.

The new phase is backed by national innovation programs from both the Canadian and Japanese governments, according to a statement.

The next phase aims to build a fault-tolerant quantum computing-ready pipeline to predict and reduce radiation-induced blurring in chipmaking, the company said.
