Xanadu Secures $140.2 Million From Canada For Quantum Manufacturing

Xanadu Quantum Technologies (XNDU) has secured 195 million Canadian dollars ($140.2 million) in funding from the Canadian government to establish advanced manufacturing facilities for photonic quantum computers as part of its Project OPTIMISM, the company said Friday.

The investment will support capabilities including photonic chip integration, packaging, semiconductor testing and quantum module assembly, the Canadian government said in a separate statement.
