Dida's Chair Steps Down; Successor Named

Dida's (HKG:2559) Chair Song Zhongjie stepped down effective Aug. 30 amid a share offer, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the taxi-sharing and ride-hailing company were down 1% in Monday afternoon trading.

The company named Xu Jianzhong as its chairman effective the same day.

Xu has been a senior vice president of the Tongcheng Travel Holdings (HKG:0780) since January 2019.
