Fu Yu Seeks Move to Singapore Exchange's Mainboard; Shares Down 9%

Fu Yu (SGX:F13) has applied to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading for the transfer of the listing of its shares on the Mainboard, according to a Friday filing.
The proposed transfer is expected to facilitate future corporate actions and will allow the company to undertake the restructuring of its business.
Additionally, PrimePartners Corporate Finance has been proposed as the continuing sponsor.
Shares of the precision manufacturing company fell nearly 9% in Monday trading.
