Seacon Shipping Eyes Sale of 13 Vessels to Cetus Maritime

Seacon Shipping Group Holdings (HKG:2409) is in talks to sell 13 vessels to Cetus Maritime for an undisclosed sum, according to a bourse filing dated Aug. 28.

If the transaction is finalized, the company said it will receive 30% of the amount in cash and the remaining in stock, which will be issued once Cetus goes public, the filing stated.
