Brady Boosts Quarterly Dividend by 2%

Brady Corp. is lifting its quarterly dividend by 2% to 25 cents a share, up from 24.5 cents.

The new payout, equal to $1.00 a year, represents a 1.1% annual yield based on the company's Wednesday closing price of $90.18.

The dividend will be paid on Oct. 30 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 9, the company said.

Brady said the new payout represents its 41st consecutive annual dividend increase.
