PTT Exploration and Production (SET:PTTEP) said it has registered the dissolution of ATI Technologies on Aug. 31, according to a same-day filing with the Thailand Exchange.
The oil and gas exploration has a 50% stake in ATI Technologies, which was dissolved following a revision of its business plan.
