Ryman Hospitality Properties Acquires Grande Lakes Orlando Resort for $1.38 Billion; Cuts 2026 Adjusted FFO Outlook

Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP) has closed the acquisition of Grande Lakes Orlando Resort in Florida for about $1.38 billion, the company said late Tuesday.
Grande Lakes Orlando spans more than 400 acres and is one of the biggest resorts in the greater Orlando area. It includes two hotels, a 1,010-room JW Marriott and a 582-room Ritz-Carlton, the company said.
The company updated its 2026 business performance outlook to reflect the expected contribution from the acquisition and now expects adjusted funds from operations of $8.90 to $9.26 per share, versus its prior forecast of $8.98 to $9.28. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $9.16.
