Tencent Music Entertainment (TME) said Tuesday it plans to launch a public offering of senior unsecured notes in one or more tranches, subject to market conditions.
Proceeds from the planned offering will be for general corporate purposes, including refinancing offshore debt and share repurchases, the company added.
