Lifestyle Communities to Not Appeal Court's Decision Regarding Deferred Management Fee Terms, Shares Fall 3%

Lifestyle Communities (ASX:LIC) decided not to appeal the decision of the Court of Appeal relating to the deferred management fee terms in certain of its site agreements, and its options, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

This came after a review of the court's decision.

It appointed Deloitte to help establish and administer a program to manage and verify requests from impacted and eligible past homeowners for the repayment of deferred management fees.

Its shares fell 3% in recent trading on Tuesday.
