Sono Group signed a nonbinding letter of intent to merge with Sports One. The stock surged 79% to $4.80 in after-hours trading on Monday.

Teva Pharmaceuticals was among nine companies to reach most-favored-nation drug pricing agreements with the Trump administration. Shares gained 2.4% to $36.90 after the market closed.

Pyxis Tankers swung to a second-quarter profit as higher shipping demand lifted the company's top line. The stock jumped 13% to $6.05.

Metallus said Chief Executive Michael Williams plans to retire at the end of the year and will be succeeded by Chief Operating Officer Kristopher Westbrooks. Shares were off 3.6% at $18.81.
