China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical (SHE:000999) subsidiary Kun Pharmaceutical obtained approval from China's interbank market regulator to register 1 billion yuan in medium-term notes.
The two-year registration allows Kun Pharmaceutical to issue debt in installments, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
